Discussion on the Management of Low Elevated Reclamation and Closure Technology

金山城市沙滩围堤是一种低滩围垦方式,其运行管理模式在我国尚无行业规范和管理规程,以城市沙滩围堤工程管理为例,总结自身的上海海洋和海塘管理工作经验,将一些常用的堤防应急处理技术手段、高精度的坐标观测静态GPS技术、滩涂水下地形测量等方法应用到低滩堤防具体实际工作,构建低滩围堤技术管理模式,为以后此类工程管理提供参考。

Jinshan City Beach adopts low elevated reclamation and closure technology. There is no such precedent similar to its maintenance and management mode. This article is based on the reclamation and closure of City Beach and together with working experience in Shanghai Ocean and Costal Management Institute to achieve solution which is able to apply to actual construction project concerning low elevated reclamation and closure with the help of commonly used dike emergency measures, high-precision coordinate value observation ＆ GPS technology, and under-water topographic survey. Therefore a management mode has been established on low-elevated reclamation and closure technology and provides as a reference for management projects alike.
