论高校思想政治教育的公民教育转型

On the Transformation of Citizenship Education in Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

高校作为对公民进行思想政治教育的摇篮,是实现思想政治教育转型的枢纽。公民教育缘起于西方社会,但其中的合理内核是值得我们学习和借鉴的。思想政治教育的公民教育转型,不仅具有可能性,也具有必然性。在转型的过程中,首先要对教师队伍进行公民教育建设;其次,挖掘高校现有思想政治教育资源,从原有教学资源中寻找与公民教育相契合的内容;再次,高校应当鼓励学生积极参与社会经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态文明建设,提高学生的公众参与度,使学生在参与中提升自我认知,在加强自身主体性的过程中促成高校思想政治教育的公民教育转型,实现高校思想政治教育的和缓过渡。

The institute of higher education is the cradle of ideological and political education and the hub where transformation of ideological and political education is achieved. Citizenship education originates in western world,but for us the reasonable core of the western citizenship education is worth learning. It is possible and inevitable to transform the citizenship education in ideological and political education. During the transformation,first,construction of citizenship education should be made among the teaching staff.Second,try to find out the teaching contents which are in agreement with the citizenship education from the current teaching contents. Third,the colleges and universities should encourage students to take active part in economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction so as to improve their public participation,and their self cognition. Meanwhile,the citizenship education in ideological and political education can be transformed when students are improving their participation. Then slow and smooth transformation of ideological and political education in the institutes of higher education can be realized.
