卫生监督内部稽查指标体系构建探索

Study on the setting up internal audit index system of health supervision

目的建立卫生监督内部稽查指标体系。方法综合运用文献研究、德尔菲专家咨询及专家定性访谈、专题小组讨论筛选和构建卫生监督内部稽查评价指标体系。结果经两轮专家咨询最终确定卫生监督内部稽查评价指标体系,包含5个一级指标,10个二级指标和50个三级指标。结论通过德尔菲法结合专家定性访谈、专题小组讨论所建立的卫生监督内部稽查指标体系涵盖了日常卫生监督内部稽查的各个方面,具有较强的适用性。

Objective To set up an internal inspection index system for health inspection. Methods Indicators of internal audit system for health inspection were selected and created through literature review,Delphi method,expert interview and panel discussion. Results Indicators including five one-stage,ten two-stage and fifty three-stage quotas were formed after two round experts ＇ discussion. Conclusion The internal inspection quotas system covered all aspects of internal health inspection and had strong applicability.
