某钢铁生产企业职业健康检查结果分析

Analysis on occupational health examinations in a steel manufacturing enterprises

目的了解职工身体健康状况,减少职业病发生,为制定有效的预防控制措施提供依据。方法根据GBZ 188—2014规范,对2014年在该企业接触职业危害因素的在职员工进行职业健康检查。结果本次共体检接触有毒有害工人1 328人,健康损害检出率67.69%。与职业危害因素相关的异常项目49人次,检出率4.82%。检出其他疾病或异常主要为血压高、脂肪肝(或肝脂肪沉积)、胆囊疾患、肝功能异常、心电图异常、肾脏B超检查异常等。结论职工健康状况不容乐观,应加强健康教育,提高自我保健意识,并定期体检。

Objective To understand the health status of employees,therefore to reduce the occurrence of occupational diseases and provide the evidence for formulating effective prevention and control measures. Methods Workers with occupational hazards exposure in 2014 were examined according technical specifications of occupational health surveillance（ GBZ188—2014）. Results The health damage detection rate was 67. 69% among 1328 employees who received examination. 49 workers detected abnormal results in occupational hazard related testing,which accounted for 4. 82%. Other problems mainly found in the examination were high blood pressure,fatty liver（ liver fat deposition）,gallbladder disease,abnormal liver function,abnormal ECG and kidney B-ultrasonography results, etc. Conclusion The health status of workers was not optimistic. Health education should be strengthened to improve self-protection consciousness and ensure regular medical examination among employees.
