新型海洋原油用破乳剂的合成和现场应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对渤海某油田原油含水率高,处理效率低等问题,本文以酚胺树脂(BP)为起始剂,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)为改性剂,先后聚合环氧丙烷(PO)和环氧乙烷(EO)得到改性两嵌段酚胺树脂聚醚。采用正交实验方法,通过调控亲油段亲水段比例(HLB值)和PO、EO的添加量,成功合成了一系列新型海洋原油破乳剂BPPEJ。室内评价结果显示破乳剂BPPEJ9931脱水性能明显优于现用产品D-100。现场试验效果表明:破乳剂加注浓度不变,各级原油系统含水及污水含油率均大幅降低。一级分离器V-2140出口油含水由28%降低至13%,二级分离器V-2160出口油含水由14%左右降低至4%;一级分离器V-2140、斜板除油器入口的污水含油值分别由640 mg/L和370 mg/L降至250 mg/L和200 mg/L。产品性能有望替代现用产品D-100而产生更大的经济效益。 This article focuses on BP as initiator, and MDI as modifier, and the phenol-amine resin block polyether was generated with modified Di-block by polymerization successively,based on the issues of high water content in crude oil, low treatment efficiency for certain oil field in the Bohai sea. Though orthogonal experiment method, a series of new demulsifier BPPEJ has been successfully synthesized by means of regulating and controlling the oleophylic and hydrophilic ratio of HLB and additive amount of PO and EO. Experimental results showed that the dewaterability of demulsifier BPPEJ9931 was significantly better than active products D-100. Meanwhile, with the practical experiment showed that filling concentration of demulsifier remaining constant, water content of sewage and moisture content at each level of crude oil system were greatly decrease. The water content in outlet of primary separator V-2140 dropped to 13 % from 28 % and water content in outlet of secondary separator V-2160 dropped to 4 % from 14 %, primary separator V-2140 and the water content of sewage at inlet of skimmer dropped to 250 mg/L and 200 mg/L from 640 mg/L and 370 mg/L respectively. According to product's performance, it has potential to replace the active product D-100 to make more economic benefit.
