S6轧机工作辊端面接触行为研究

摘要 S6轧机为国内外较为先进的一种改进型Z-Hi轧机机型。因辊径小,工作辊轴颈无轴承套结构,所以在工作辊轴两端面各增加了轴向止推机构负责工作辊的轴向定位。以S6轧机轴向止推轴承为研究对象,对工作辊在不同工况下的轴向止推轴承转速进行了分析,揭示了工作辊不同工况对S6轧机工作辊端面接触行为的影响。研究表明,工作辊挠曲、垂直平移以及水平平移,都会改变轴向止推轴承的转速以及转速波动规律,并且导致轴向止推轴承和工作辊轴端的磨损加剧。 S6 rolling mill is an advanced Z-Hi rolling mill type. Because the diameter of work roll is small,work roll has no bearing chock. There is a axial trust bearing contacting on both end faces of work roll in order to keep the roll axis positioning. Focusing on the axial trust bearing,this paper mainly analyzes the rotate speed of axial trust bearing in different working conditions and reveals the influence of different work roll conditions on contact behaviors of work roll end face in S6 rolling mill. The study shows that the work roll deflection,vertical translation and horizontal translation can change the speed of axial trust bearing and its speed fluctuation pattern,which aggravates the wear between axial trust bearing and work roll end face.
