摘要
冷凝水系统是RH真空系统中的重要组成部分,原来的返水系统通过返送水泵来实现,既浪费电能,又要花费设备投资和维护费用。通过系统水力计算,提出了利用进水、回水的压差建立虹吸来返水,并在2RH进行实践。增加一套地面热井罐、阀门和管道,进而取消返送泵和相应的控制系统,这种重力式返水系统无需返送水泵,既节能又高效。
The cooling water system is an important part of the RH vacuum system. The original cooling water is returned by the water returning pumps,which waste the electric energy and consume the equipment investment and the maintenance cost. By calculating the hydraulic system,the return of the cooling water can be carried out by the water head between the hot well and the returning pool. Aiming at the problem that the elevation of the intermediate pipeline is too high,the siphon is used to return the water. Added a set of ground hotwell tanks,valves and piping,which in turn canceled the return pump and the corresponding control system,these are carried out in practice in2 RH. This gravity water return system needs no return water pump,which is energy-saving and efficient.
