摘要 通过对色谱柱、流动相及样品溶剂等色谱条件的优化,建立了一种测定低张力泡沫剂DLF-1溶液浓度的高效液相色谱法。该方法采用反相C18色谱柱,以甲醇/水混合溶剂为流动相,以甲醇/水=2/8(w/w)为样品溶剂。方法简单、准确、可靠,可以有效定量的测定泡沫驱中低张力泡沫剂DLF-1的浓度。 An HPLC method was established for determining the concentration of low tension foam agent DLF-1 by optimizing the chromatographic conditions such as chromatographic column, mobile phase and sample solvent. The method was based on C18 reverse-phase chromatographic column and methanol/water mixed solvent as the mobile phase, and methanol/water=2/8(w/w)was used as the solvent. The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can effectively determine the concentration of low tension foam agent DLF-1 in foam flooding.
