摘要
针对渤海某油田的现场环境,筛选一种效果优良的缓蚀剂配方BHH-29,并通过LPR仪器对其现场应用效果进行测试。结果表明:与在用缓蚀剂BHH-01B相比,缓蚀剂BHH-29具有更好的缓蚀效果,相同加量条件下,腐蚀效率可降低30%以上;实验缓蚀剂更加稳定,具有更低的点蚀倾向。
An excellent effect corrosion inhibitor BHH-29 was chose aiming at the site condition of certain Bohai oilfield, and tested application effect through LPR. The results showed that, compared with the corrosion inhibitor BHH-01 B, BHH-29 has better corrosion inhibition effect, under the same conditions, the rate of corrosion efficiency can be decreased by 30 %, the experimental inhibitor more stable and has a lower tendency of pitting.
