有丝分裂激酶Aurora-A介导乳腺癌发生与耐药的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 有丝分裂激酶Aurora-A是哺乳动物细胞Aurora激酶家族中的成员之一。Aurora-A通过参与中心体的分离、成熟以及两极纺锤体的建立,从而确保有丝分裂中染色体正确分离和细胞质分裂顺利完成,在细胞周期中起着重要的作用。其过表达与乳腺癌密切相关。笔者就Aurora-A与乳腺癌发生及耐药的关系进行综述。1 Aurora-A概述1994年,
