基于院前急救平台提升卫勤人员急救技能效果分析

Analysis on training effect of first-aid skills of medical service personnel based on the prehospital emergency platform

目的分析基于院前急救平台,如何提高平战时卫勤人员的急救技能及效果。方法以武警某部医院急诊科与卫勤分队联合培训的75名卫勤人员为研究对象,以院前急救平台为实训基础,培训卫勤人员突发事故的处理能力,如各种常见急救技术、现场救护技能、急救仪器设备的使用、现场急救心理素质等,并比较培训前后卫勤人员的理论考试和技能考核成绩,以评估应用院前急救平台培训的有效性。结果卫勤人员培训前后理论成绩分别为（61.5±7.0）vs（93.3±1.3）分、现场救护技能操作考核成绩分别为（68.2±6.3）vs（94.2±1.2）分,两组比较差异均有统计学意义（t=38.55,P〈0.05;t=35.25,P〈0.05）。与培训前比较,培训后各种急救技术、仪器设备使用等考核合格率显著增加（χ^2=51.92,P〈0.05）。结论院前急救平台是提高卫勤分队急救技能、保障基层部队官兵健康及整体素质的有效训练模式。

Objective To analyze how to improve the first aid skills in peacetime and wartime and its effect based on the platform of prehospital emergency care. Methods 75 medical service personnel trained by emergency department and medical support team of one armed police unit were selected as research objects. Treatment ability of emergency accident was trained based on prehospital emergency platform, emergency psychological quality, on-site rescue skills, first aid equipment technology, and all kinds of common first aid technology were included, both theoretical and skills test results of health service personnel before and after the training were compared, which aimed to evaluate effectiveness for the application of pre-hospital emergency platform in training. Results Theory scores of trainees before and after training were（61.5±7.0） vs（93.3±1.3） respectively, on-site rescue skills scores were（68.2±6.3） vs（94.2±1.2） respectively, and the differences were both statistically significant between the two groups（t=38.55, P〈0.05; t=35.25, P〈0.05）. Compared with that before training, qualified rate of all kinds of first aid skills and the use of instruments and equipments increased significantly（χ^2=51.92, P〈0.05）. Conclusions Prehospital emergency care platform is an effective training mode to improve first aid capabilities, and make sure health and overall quality of troops at basic level.
