洪涝灾害对血吸虫病流行的影响

The impact of floods on the prevalence of Schistosomoma japonicum

为了解洪涝灾害对血吸虫病流行的影响及其主要风险因素,笔者通过文献回顾、研究和专家咨询,归纳总结发现洪涝灾害对急性血吸虫病的发生率,血吸虫病的血检阳性率,不同地形区域、流行程度、人群和时期血吸虫病的流行均有一定的影响,并进一步分析洪涝灾害后影响血吸虫病流行的相关因素,进而提出了相应的防控措施。

For study the impact of floods on the prevalence of Schistosoma japonicum（S. japonicum） and its main epidemic risk factors, the author reviewed literature and consulted related experts, and summarized that floods have certain effects on the incidence rate of acute S. japonicum, positive rate of blood test for S. japonicum, different topographic region, epidemic degree, groups of people and S. japonicum prevalence of different stages. Relative factors which influenced the epidemic of S. japonicum after floods were analyzed, and then relevant prevention and control measures were put forward.
