摘要
论文以改进大功率半导体激光器恒流驱动器的稳定性和易操作性为目的,对基于USB接口的串口通信技术进行了研究,并利用面向对象编程的MFC编程模块成功编译了具有上位机控制功能的系统软件。论文的主要内容如下:1)从硬件角度分析现有的大功率半导体激光器恒流源的工作原理,剖析其负反馈电路的工作方式,并制定出上位机控制的基本方案。2)结合MFC编程软件,建立界面友好、功能全面的上位机控制软件。3)应用上位机控制软件,对不同的工作模式下的恒流源工作时电流进行采样,并利用Matlab对所得数据进行处理分析,实现对恒流源的稳定性测试。
This paper aims to improve the stability and easy operation of digital semiconductor laser driver. The serial communication technology based on USB interface is studied. At the same time, the use of object-oriented programming MFC programming module is successfully compiled with the system software of PC control function. The main contents of this paper are as follows: 1)Analyzing the working principle of digital semiconductor laser driver from the perspective of hardware, and analyze its negative feedback circuit working mode, and to develop the basic scheme of PC control. 2)Using MFC programming software to establish user-friendly, full-featured PC control software. 3)Applying PC control software, sample on different working mode of semiconductor laser driver working current, and analyze the obtained data by using Matlab to achieve the stability study of semiconductor laser driver.
