摘要 针对压电式超声换能器设计了一种性能优越的超声电源。采用ds PIC30F4011单片机作为控制核心,控制各部分电路的执行。采用PWM调制技术,实现超声电源输出频率和功率的可调。电源电路以半桥逆变电路为核心,逆变电路所需工作波形由ds PIC30F4011以及相应的驱动电路提供。当系统单独工作时,可以利用旋钮对电源功率及频率进行调节。经过测试验证,系统可以输出正确的波形,并且可以进行频率、功率的连续调节及实现频率和功率的实时显示。 A superior performance of ultrasonic power supplly for the piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer is designed. DsPIC30F4011 is used as the control core of this system, controlling the implementation of all parts of the circuit. The power and frequency of ultrasonic power supply can be adjusted using PWM modulation technology. The inverter circuit is the core of the power circuit. The required operating waveform of the inverter circuit is provided by the dsPIC30F4011 and the corresponding drive circuit. When the system is working alone, the frequency and power can be adjusted by the knobs. After the test of the ultrasonic power supply circuit, it verified that the system can output the correct waveform, and can adjust frequency and power continuously ,and can display the frequency and power level in real-time.
