摘要
针对目前某油田原油脱水工艺出现的原油含水率高、脱水自动化控制水平低的缺陷。设计了一套基于S7-200PLC与WECON触摸屏的自动化原油脱水控制系统。采用了U型管式脱水器对原油进行再处理的方法 ,进一步降低其含水率,通过实时测量换热器内的原油温度,原油进油阀及导热油回流阀的开闭调节的实验,从而将脱水换热器内原油的温度调节到工艺要求的设定温度。对原油温度及液位的控制原理及过程做了详细介绍,最后使用Levi Studio软件实现了PLC与触摸屏的串行通讯。实践表明,该控制系统所产出的原油含水率低于0.5%,原油脱水工艺的自动化控制得到提升。
Aiming at a certain oil field of crude oil dehydration tecianology in high water content of crude oil, dehydrated the defects of low level of automation control. Design a set of based on S7-200 PLC and automation of crude oil dehydration WECON touch screen control system. The u-shaped tube dehydrator adopted in the crude oil processing, the method of further reducing the moisture content, through real-time measuring of oil temperature in the heat exchanger, oil filling valve and the heat conduction oil baekflow valve opening and closing of the adjustment experiment, thus the temperature of heat exchanger in crude oil dehydration to adjust to the technological requirements set temperature. Process of crude oil temperature and liquid level control principle and detailed introduction, finally using LeviStudio software to realize the serial communication of PLC and touch screen. Practice shows that the control system produces crude oil moisture content is below 0.5%.
