摘要
采用正交实验对超声法提取钝顶螺旋藻叶绿素a技术进行优化,研究固液比、超声功率、超声时间对叶绿素a提取率的影响。结果表明,优化条件为:固液比1∶500(g/m L),超声功率80%,超声时间20 min。在此条件下,钝顶螺旋藻叶绿素a提取率达1.545%。
The orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the ultrasonic extraction technology of chlorophyll a in Spirulina platensis,studied the effects of solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on the extraction rate of chlorophyll a. The result showed that established the optimum conditions: solidliquid ratio 1∶ 500( g / m L),80% of ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time of 20 min. Under this condition,the extraction rate of chlorophyll a in Spirulina platensis reached 1. 545%.
