摘要
采用离子液体(ILs)超声波辅助法提取杜仲皮总木脂素,考察了ILs种类、料液比、溶剂浓度、提取温度、提取时间、浸泡时间、提取次数对杜仲皮总木脂素得率的影响,采用响应面法优化提取工艺。结果表明,超声波辅助离子液体提取杜仲皮总木脂素的最佳工艺为:0.87 mol/L的[C_4mim]BF_4溶液,液料比18∶1 m L/g,浸泡时间2 h,提取1次,提取温度54℃,提取时间30 min,总木脂素得率11.03%。此法快速、高效、简单、重现性好。
Using ion liquid ultrasonic assisted extraction of total lignan from bark of Eucommia ulmoides Olive. The influence of ILs species,liquid-solid ratio,solvent concentration,ultrasonic temperature,time,soaking time and times on yield were investigated. Response surface methodology( RSM) was applied the extraction process. The result showed that the optimized conditions of ionic liquid-based ultrasonic- assisted extraction of total lignans from barks of Eucommia ulmoides Olive. were: 0. 87 mol / L of [C4mim]BF4,18∶ 1 m L/g of liquid-solid ratio,54 ℃ of ultrasonic temperature,2 h of soaking time once 30 min of ultrasonic time. The yield of total lignans was 11. 03%. The proposed method was rapid,efficient and simple and well reproducible.
