摘要
以P123为模板剂,ZrOCl_2为锆源、TEOS为硅源,并通过硫酸改性,采用直接合成的方法制备了介孔锆硅催化剂;利用XRD、TEM、FTIR的方法表征了催化剂;并利用该催化剂以O_2为氧源,丙酮、甲醇、乙醇和水的混合物为萃取剂,以二苯并噻吩的氧化为探针反应评价该催化剂的催化氧化活性,并在相同反应条件下,对多种催化剂进行催化活性对比。表征结果表明,该催化剂具有SBA-15典型的二维六方介孔结构特征,且活性组分硫酸氧锆良好的负载到SBA-15上。催化剂活性评价结果表明,各种催化剂催化活性:介孔锆硅>硫酸氧锆>磷钨酸(HPW)-SBA-15>磷钼酸(HPMo)-SBA-15>SBA-15,即介孔锆硅催化剂能更好的脱除模拟油中的二苯并噻吩(DBT),在一定条件下,脱除率可达到54.33%。
With P123 as the template,ZrOCl2 as Zr source,TEOS as Si source,a mesoporous Zr-Si catalyst was synthesized via direct synthesis technique over vitriol modified it; The catalyst was characterized by XRD,TEM and FTIR methods. With O2 as oxygen source,a kind of mixture which concluds acetone,carbinol,ethanol and water as extraction agent,with the oxidation of dibenzothiophene as the probe reaction to estimate the catalytic oxidate activity of the catalyst,under the same conditions,comparing catalytic activity of various catalysts. The characterization showed that the catalyst had typical hexagonal pore characteristics like SBA-15,and the active component zirconium oxysulfate was well-dispersed in the SBA-15.Catalytic activity evaluation results reveal that catalytic activity of these catalysts: mesoporous Zr-Si 〉 zirconium oxysulfate 〉 HPW-SBA-15 〉 HPMo-SBA-15 〉 SBA-15,mesoporous Zr-Si catalyst could better re-
