CdTe量子点/聚乳酸纳米纤维荧光探针的制备及其对氯霉素的检测 被引量:2

摘要 用巯基乙酸为稳定剂,碲粉和硼氢化钠为前驱体,与氯化镉的水溶液在无氧的条件下反应,合成了碲化镉量子点。基于荧光共振能量转移机理,建立了一种灵敏、简单、快捷的对氯霉素进行检测的新方法。结果表明,将碲化镉量子点和聚乳酸以一定的比例在特定的条件下进行静电纺丝,可将量子点固着在聚乳酸纤维上,起到稳定了量子点的作用,且在最佳实验条件下,体系的荧光猝灭强度与氯霉素浓度在10~80μg/m L范围内呈良好线性关系,相关系数为0.998 5,检测限为0.814μg/m L,该检测方法简便快捷,有很好的应用前景。 Cd Te quantum dots were synthesized in aqueous solution with thioglycolic acid as the stabilizer,the reaction between tellurium powder and sodium borohydride as the precursor,with cadmium chloride aqueous solution under the condition of anaerobic reaction. A novel determination of chloramphenicol has been developed based on quenching of the flurescence of Cd Te QDs by chloramphenicol in aqueous solutions. Cd Te quantum dots and electrostatic spinning PLA were synthesised with electrostatic spinning in certain proportion,using the as-prepared nanometer fiber membrane to detect chloramphenicol. Results showed that the 10 ~ 80 μg / m L of degrees within the scope had good linear relationship with chloramphenicol,the correlation coefficient was 0. 998 5,and the detection limit was 0. 814 μg / m L,illustrating the fluorescent probe for detection of chloramphenicol in food was quick and simple. The good technique has a good application prospect.
