功能化温控离子液体萃取-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定痕量铜 被引量:2

摘要 建立了简单有效的温敏性离子液体萃取结合火焰原子吸收法测定痕量铜的分析方法并用于了自制的水样及真正的水样中铜的测定。考察了主要对萃取效率的影响因素。结果表明,以温敏性离子液体为N-正己烷基苯并噻唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体为萃取剂,溶液p H值为3.07,离子液体的浓度为80 mg/m L,加热温度为80℃,萃取时间30 min,冰浴时间为50 min,离心时间为20 min。方法的线性方程为:A=6.904 1C+0.047 8,相关系数为0.997,线性范围为0.005~1.0μg/m L。检出限为0.174μg/L,加标回收率为95.1%~99.0%。 A simple,sensitive and accurate method was developed for the determination of lead ion by task-specific temperature-assisted ionic liquid with flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The main factors affecting the extraction efficiency,such as p H value,amount of ionic liquid and hydrochloric acid ultrasonic extraction time were studied. The optimal conditions were as follows: p H value 3. 07,concentration of ionic liquid 80 mg / m L,the extraction time was 30 min,the ice bath time was 50 min,centrifugation time was 20 min. The linear equation method was A = 6. 904 1C + 0. 047 8,correlation coefficient was 0. 997,the linear range was 0. 005 ~ 1. 0 μg / m L and the recoveries for the method 95. 1% ~ 99. 0%,and the detection limit was 0. 174 μg / L.
