摘要
利用荧光增白剂CBW母液残渣中磷酸二乙酯钠制备磷酸二乙酯,考察了酸化反应物料比、反应时间、反应温度等对收率的影响。结果表明,制备磷酸二乙酯最佳条件为:n(磷酸二乙酯钠)∶n(浓盐酸)=1∶1.3,反应温度40~50℃,反应时间3~4 h。产品收率80%以上,纯度98%以上。
Using phosphoric acid diethyl ester sodium from fluorescent whitening agent CBW mother liquid residue to prepare diethyl phosphate,the influence of the acidification reaction material ratio,reaction time and reaction temperature on yield were discussed. The results show that the optimum condition for the preparation of diethyl phosphate: n( diethyl phosphate sodium) ∶ n( concentrated hydrochloric acid) =1∶ 1. 3,the reaction temperature was 40 ~ 50 ℃,reaction time was 3 ~ 4 h,and product yield was above80%,the purity was more than 98%.
