新疆维汉哈三民族帕金森病干预模型的探讨

Discussion on the Inervention Model of Parkinson 's Disease in Uygur,Han and Ha of Xinjiang Region

文章在前期帕金森病(Parkinson’s Disease,PD)流行病学调查的基础上探讨新疆维吾尔族、汉族及哈萨克族PD干预模型。针对不同民族PD高危人群,采用健康宣教、改变环境及生活方式等措施对不同民族PD高危人群进行预防干预,针对筛查的不同民族PD患者,将从PD宣传、功能锻炼、指导用药、饮食指导、心理疏导等方面进行干预,延缓PD的进展及并发症的发生,从而构建合理的PD不同民族的社区干预模型,提出了切合新疆地区实际情况的不同民族PD危险因素的预防措施,使患者获得好的预防及治疗效果,提高了患者的生活质量,并取得了较好的社会和经济效益。

The paper discusses intervention model on the early stage of the Parkinson＇s Disease（PD） on the basis of epidemiological investigation in different ethnic groups in Xinjiang region.For PD high-risk groups,by adopting the way of health education,changing environment and way of life of different nationalities is to PD people at high risk for measures such as community preventive intervention. For screening of PD patients,different nationalities will be intervented as the community by propagating from PD,functionally exercise,guiding medication, diet instructing,psychologically counseling,etc.to delay the progress of PD and complications. To build a reasonable PD community intervention model of different ethnic groups,and put forward the situations of xinjiang region of PD risk prevention measures,make the patients got a good effect on prevention and treatment and improve the patient＇s quality of life,and have achieved good social and economic benefits.
