This paper discusses the evaluation system of higher vocational students＇ learning achievement,and points out that the design of the system includes four steps： based on the analysis of the connotation of the learningachievement ,the evaluation dimension based on the expected learning achievement ,the evaluation index based on the evaluation index and the practical application.
