中职学校德育工作存在的问题及对策

当前中职学校的德育教学越来越受到重视,在加强中职学校德育工作的同时也存在一些问题,比如相对于技能训练而言,德育工作评价系统并不完善,德育教学目标和内容及考核方面均存在问题,导致德育教学成果不理想。文章针对当前中职学校德育工作存在的问题,提出加强学校对德育工作的重视和投入。改革德育课程教学内容和形式,从而得以提升中职学校学生的道德水平,培养出全面发展的高素质劳动者和技能型人才。

The current,the moral education in Secondary Vocational School is getting more and more attention.and some questions is apprenticed in the process that strengthen the moral education of the secondary vocational schools ,such as the moral education evaluation is not perfect ,the moral education concept and content ,check often have problem ,caused the moral education results is not ideal.For this problem, put forward to strengthen the school moral education work of attention and investment.Reform the content and form of moral education curriculum, so as to improve the moral level of students in vocational schools, and cultivate the high-quality workers and skilled personnel.
