大学生社团是高校学生自发组织,自愿参加和自由活动的学生组织,是校园文化活动的重要载体,在建设校园文化、提高学生素质、促进学生就业等方面发挥着巨大的作用。近几年社团发展势头旺盛,但其中存在的问题也随之显现出来,为保证大学生社团健康成长,文章着手于社团的问题进行研究并提出针对性的建议。

College students＇ community is a student organization which is self-organizing,voluntary and free activities.It is the important carrier of campus culture activities as well. Meanwhile,it plays a more and more siginificant part in constructing campus culture,improving students＇ quality and promoting students＇ employment.The article puts forward comunity is developing rapidly in recent years.But its shortages become to emerge increasingly.In order to ensure the healthy growth of college students＇ community,the research works on the problems existing in the community and puts forward the corresponding proposals.
