利用岩石胶运系统生产矿石的实践探讨

摘要 白云铁矿东采场1958年开始采掘,岩石胶运系统于2007年6月投入生产,截止到目前最高排岩能力达625万t/a。随着采场的不断向下延伸,东采场逐渐进入了自然减产期,采场年剥岩量逐渐减少。2016年采场计划剥岩400万t,其中胶运系统排岩392万t,胶运系统实际生产能力远大于年计划排岩量,并呈逐年扩大趋势。经过分析综合考虑,改变东采场的生产组织方式,优化生产工艺,既利用胶运系统富裕的生产能力运输部分矿石至排土场储矿平台,矿石再进行二次倒装到矿石转载台。以降低运输成本,提高胶运系统利用率,实现降本增效的目标,同时为同类矿山管理工作有较大参考意义。 The excavating in the east stope of Bayan Obo Iron Mine has been started since 1958,the belt conveyer system of rock has been put into production since June of 2007 and the maximum capacity of rock dumping is up to 6.25 million t/a until now.With the continuous stretching downward of the stope,the east stope is gradually entering into the period of natural production reduction and the annual amount of stripping rocks of stope is gradually reduced.In 2016,the planned amount of stripping rocks was 4 million t and 3.92 million t of them were transported with the belt conveyer system.The actual production capacity of belt conveyer system is much larger than the annual planned amount of rock dumping and tends to be larger and larger year by year.After analysis and overall consideration,the mode of production organization of east stope is changed and the production technology is optimized.Part of ore is transported to the ore platform of dump with the surplus production capacity of belt conveyer system,then the ore is transported again to the reshipment platform to reduce the transportation costs and improve the utilization rate of belt conveyer system so that the target of reducing costs and increasing benefits is achieved,which is with greater reference significance for management of similar mines.
