摘要
针对发生突发事件导致某供应节点失效的易腐品供应链应急问题,在突发事件发生造成供应节点失效的情况下,提出了应对供应节点失效的修复失效供应商、内部供应商柔性生产及启用备份供应商的应急策略,建立了多时段的成本优化应急计划模型,最后通过算例分析验证了节点失效后的应急计划模型的有效性,并对模型结果进行了分析。
In this paper, we proposed the emergency strategy in response to supply failure in the perishable food supply chain, such as restoring the failing suppliers, ensuring the flexible production of the internal suppliers and introducing in the backup suppliers, built the multi-stage cost optimization emergency planning model, and at the end, through a numerical analysis, verified the validity of the model.
