Study on Influence Evaluation System of Informatization on Logistics Industry Based on Big Data

根据物流信息的聚集水平,构建以物流公共信息平台、车货交易平台、企业物流平台为核心的三层信息化框架体系;通过对体系中各主体信息服务需求的分析,从社会影响评价、政府管理支撑、行业发展水平、交易平台考核四个方面选取特征指标,建立物流信息化发展影响评估体系,全面反映信息化对物流行业的贡献程度;最后,提出了评价指标体系应用实施的具体步骤与内容。

In this paper, according to the conglomeration level of logistics information, we built the three-level informatization framework centered on the logistics public information platform, vehicle/cargo transaction platform, and enterprise logistics platform, then, through analyzing the information demand of the agents in the system, selected the characteristic indexes on the aspects of social influence, government support, industrial development level and transaction platform evaluation, built the corresponding evaluation system to reflect comprehensively the level of contribution of the informatization on the logistics industry, and at the end, proposed the specific steps and contents in the application and implementation of the evaluation system.
