摘要
通过对车辆战术储备器材包装单元化问题展开研究,提出了器材包装组合单元的优化和设计方法,为提高部队车辆战术储备器材包装单元化水平提供技术与方法依据。运用模数化方法对器材组合单元进行尺寸设计,根据人机工程理论和相关标准规定,结合尺寸系列限定了箱体的总质量;通过模数化协调,建立完善的模数尺寸系列,结合尺寸系列限定了合理的箱体总质量,使其在运输、储存中排布合理、配合协调和经济有效。
In this paper, through studying the issues in the packaging units of the tactical vehicle reserve equipment, we proposed the method for the optimization and design of the packaging combination units of such equipment so as to provide technical and methodological reference in improving the packaging unit level of the tactical vehicle reserve equipment of the Chinese army, used the fuzzy number method to design the dimensions of the units and then according to the ergonomics theory and relevant standards, limited the total mass of the boxes. At the end, through module coordination, we comprehensively determined the dimensions of the modules, and then accordingly limited the total mass of the boxes.
