摘要
在"营改增"的背景下,从税制改革对物流企业的影响、物流企业税收筹划的意义及税收筹划的建议等角度进行分析和论述,找出最优的筹划策略,使相关物流企业在大背景下取得税收优惠的同时,还能够促使企业进一步的发展。
In this paper, we analyzed the influence of the business-to-VAT transformation on the logistics enterprises, the significance of tax planning for the logistics enterprises as well as the suggestions for the implementation of the tax planning for them, and at the end, identified the optimal planning strategy for these enterprises to enjoy the tax favor brought by the reform while gaining better development.
