通过分析当前国内物流市场发展状况,总结出物流行业发展对物流人才的需求,提出了当前物流教育与培训存在的主要问题,有针对性地提出依托新型培训模式,提升物流人才技术技能水平,改善就业现状。最后详细介绍了新型培训模式载体-北京长风物流学院的办学宗旨和核心业务。

In this paper, through analyzing the current logistics market situation in China, we summarized the talent demand of the logistics industry, pointed out the major problems existing in the logistics education and training practices at the current stage, proposed the corresponding countermeasures, and at the end, introduced in detail an innovative talent training mode, and at the end, explained how Beijing Changfeng Logistics Institute implemented this mode.
