Top-level Design of Transportation IT System Based on FEAF Methodology

在系统介绍美国联邦政府信息化顶层设计方法(FEAF)的基础上,提出基于FEAF思想和方法的交通运输信息化顶层设计总体架构思路,总结了基于FEAF方法体系的交通运输信息化顶层设计的主要特点,以期为行业信息化建设提供借鉴和参考。

In this paper, on the basis of a systematic introduction of the FEAF IT top-level design system of the American government, we proposed the general conception for the design of the general architecture of the transportation IT System based on the FEAF theory and methodology, and summarized the major characteristics of the top-level design process.
