基于柔性包装袋模式的卧式包装机组合算法优化设计

摘要 以苹果为例,提出柔性袋包装的模式,设计集上料、梳离、称重、包装于一体的卧式包装机系统框架。调研消费者的购买习惯特征,结合苹果的自然属性,分析需求差异化的条件,得到每种重量的组合可行性,并确定对包装核心参数的影响。建立数学模型,针对两种投料方式进行算法优化研究。 In this paper, with the apple as the object, we proposed the soft bag packing mode for it, designed the framework of a horizontal packaging system that integrated the functions of feeding, separation, weighing and packaging, then through investigating the buying habit of the consumers and the natural attributes of the fruit, analyzed the condition of demand differentiation to obtain the feasibility of different weight combinations and ascertain its influence on the core packaging parameters, and at the end, by building a mathematical model, optimize the algorithm for the two feeding modes.
