摘要
利用Cu2+对天然高分子胶粘剂骨胶进行配位改性,制得改性骨胶。分析了Cu2+与骨胶的配位机制,并采用红外光谱(FT-IR)法、X射线衍射(XRD)法、热失重分析(TGA)法、扫描电镜(SEM)和元素分析法等对改性前后骨胶的结构和性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:骨胶分子中的—NH、—CO与Cu2+发生了配位反应,并形成了网状结构,而改性骨胶的胶膜表面变得更平滑、耐水性更好。
The modified bone glue was prepared by coordination modification between Cu2 +and bone glue asnatural polymer adhesive. The coordination mechanism between Cu2+and bone glue was analyzed,and the structuresand properties of unmodified and modified bone glues were characterized by infrared spectrum(FT- IR),X- raydiffraction(XRD),thermo- gravimetric analysis(TGA),scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and elementalanalysis methods. The research results showed that a net structure of modified bone glue was formed because thecoordination reaction among —NH and —CO from bone glue molecule and Cu2 +was happened,and the modifiedbone glue had the more smooth film surface and the better water resistance.
