摘要
用数值模拟的方法,对不同运行模式下烤箱模型内部温度场进行模拟,并将计算机数值模拟结果与实测结果进行对比验证。研究结果表明可以通过改善烤箱风扇盖板结构和风扇风速对现有烤箱模型内部温度场均匀性进行改进,实现烤箱内部温度场均匀性的最优化。
By using numerical simulation method to realize internal temperature field simulation of an oven mode under different operating modes. The results show that the temperature field uniformity of the existing oven mode has certain insufficiency. A combination of improving the structure of the oven fan cover plate and fan speed was taken to achieve the oven temperature field uniformity to the optimal level.
