长沙某高层住宅空调系统介绍及运行能耗分析 被引量:1

摘要 该工程为住房和城乡建设部2007年国家重点可再生能源示范居住建筑,采用垂直埋管地源热泵系统作为冷热源,末端采用天棚辐射+转轮热回收置换新风系统。结合该系统2012年~2013年实际运行参数做了详细的分析研究,冬季供暖期单位面积耗电量指标为16.48k Wh/m2,夏季供冷期单位面积耗电量指标为23.63k Wh/m2,全年为40.11k Wh/m2。 The project published by the ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 2007 is the demonstration residential buildings that utilize national renewable energy, using vertical ground heat exchanger design of ground-source heat pump system as cold and heat sources. Air-condition terminal device take ceiling radiation and displacement ventilation using rotary enthalpy recovery equipment. This paper did a detailed analysis that combine with the actual operating parameters of this system from 2012 to 2013. The result shows that the index of power consumption per unit area is 16.48 k Wh/m2 in winter heating period, while, the index of power consumption per unit area in Summer heating period is 23.63 k Wh/m2, in hence, the whole year figure is 40.11 k Wh/m2.
