摘要
大黄酸(Rhein,1.8-Dihydroxy-3-carboxy-anthraquinone,RH)为蒽醌衍生物的单体,主要分布于蓼科植物中,是大黄、何首乌、虎杖等多种中药的主要有效成分之一。近年来,研究发现大黄酸具有抗氧化应激与炎症,抗细胞凋亡,抗纤维化,调节糖脂代谢及抗癌等作用,在防治肝病中具有重要的潜在临床药用价值。文章就大黄酸在防治肝病中所取得研究成果进行综述。
Rhein,as the monomer of anthraquinone derivatives and mainly distributed in the Polygonaceae plants,is one of the main effective components of many kinds of traditional Chinese medicine herbs,such as rhubarb,Polygonum multiflorum,Polygonum cuspidatum,etc. In recent years,the study has found its functions of antioxidant,anti- inflammatory,anti- cancer and anti- fibrosis,regulation of glucose and lipid metabolism,showing an important potential role in the clinical application in the prevention and treatment of hepatic disease. In this paper,progress of the research about Rhein in the prevention and treatment of liver disease is reviewed.
