应用红外热成像系统评价资冲颗粒药物靶向性的研究

摘要 目的:应用红外热成像系统对资冲颗粒药物靶向性进行动态评价研究。方法:募集6名受试者,分别在其服药前0 min及服药后的30、70、100、130、160 min,采用红外热成像系统对每位受试者采集全身10~11幅热像图,完成共计36例次的扫描后,对双肾区、双侧卵巢区、下腹区、子宫膀胱区、督脉区、神阙区、足部区、心脏区、大脑区、眼底区共13个区位的热值进行数据分析。结果:(1)服用资冲颗粒后第30~70 min及第130~160 min,与生殖相关区位(双肾区、双卵巢区、下腹区、子宫膀胱区)热值及与阳气相关区位(督脉区、神阙区、足部区)热值均上升;(2)第100 min时心脏区、眼底区双侧热值差异值最低,第160 min时大脑区双侧热值差异值最低。结论:资冲颗粒除提高生殖相关区位代谢及提升全身阳气外,还可明显缓解心脏、大脑、眼底血供,提示资冲颗粒具有多系统、多环节、多靶点整体调节作用。 Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate drug targeting of Zichong Granules by using a technique of Thermal Texture Maps( TTM). Methods: A total of 36 cases and 6 subjects were involved in this study. By using TTM,10 to 11 thermal images of different body locations were taken out from each participant before they took Zichong Granules and 30 min,70 min,100 min,130 min and 160 min after they took Zichong granules. The heat values in locations of double kidneys,double ovaries,lower quadrant abdomen,bladder uterine,Du vessel,Shenque( CV8),feet,heart,brain and fundus were statistically analyzed. Results:After they took Zichong granules 30 ~ 70 min and 130 ~ 160 min,the heat value of reproductive related location( double kidneys,double ovaries,lower quadrant abdomen,bladder uterine) and Yang- qi related location [Du vessel,Shenque( CV8),feet] were increased. The bilateral difference heat value of heart location and fundus location were the lowest at 100 min with the brain location lowest at 160 min. Conclusion: Besides improving metabolismre of productive related location and enhancing the body Yang-qi,Zichong Granules also can significantly relieve the heart,brain and fundus blood supply. It prompts out that Zichong Granules have multisystems,multi links and multi targets effects on regulation.
