西方针灸与中国针灸比较分析

Comparative Analysis between Western Medical Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Acupuncture

为了解西方针灸内涵,比较其与中国针灸的差异,文章即从理论基础、刺激部位、干预术式及临床应用等方面进行了深入分析与探讨。结果发现西方针灸的理论基础源于现有神经科学知识;刺激部位的选择不注重穴位的特异性;干预术式单一,注重刺激参数量化;临床应用较为局限,痛证应用最多。提示西方针灸在继承中国传统针灸的同时,利用现有的科学知识与技术,进行了顺应性改变。

It aims to understand the content of Western medical acupuncture and make a comparison between traditional Chinese and Western medical acupuncture. This study makes a deep analysis and discussion on the aspects of theoretical basis,stimulating locations,interventions and clinical applications between them. Results showed that theoretical basis of Western medical acupuncture is the existing neuro- scientific knowledge and the selection of stimulating locations does not pay attention to the specificity of acupoints. The interventions are simplex and it lays emphasis on the quantification of stimulus parameter. The clinical application is limited,mainly focused on pain diseases. These differences indicate that Western medical acupuncture conducted adaptive transformation when it was inherited by traditional Chinese medicine and it utilizes the existing knowledge of science and technology.
