摘要
目的:探讨以补肾温阳为原则,应用艾灸疗法治疗围绝经期抑郁症。方法:围绝经期抑郁症是女性生殖机能由盛转衰过程中出现的一种情志疾病,发病率呈逐年升高的趋势,严重影响女性身心健康,甚者危及家庭和睦、社会和谐。因此,寻求一种切实有效的治疗方法,具有重要的临床价值及社会效益。文章通过探讨疾病的病理机制,确定治疗原则。结果:本病的病机是肾虚为发病之根本,五脏失调为发病之基础,久病可致阴损及阳,阴阳两虚,冲任虚损、天癸枯竭为病因,加之情志刺激等诱因导致肾脑失济,进而发生围绝经期抑郁症。而艾灸疗法治疗本病,通过温补肾阳以调整阴阳兼顾疏肝,宁心,健脾,从根本调畅气机,舒缓情志。结论:艾灸疗法为我国传统医学特色疗法,操作简便,可在家自行施灸,经济,无痛苦,不良反应小,作用途径多,作用靶点广,患者易于接受,具有广阔的研究与应用前景。
Objective: To probe the moxibustion therapy for perimenopausal depression with the Kidney- supplementing and Yang- Warming method. Methods: Perimenopausal depression is a kind of emotional diseases that appear during decline process of the female reproductive function. The disease is increasing year by year,seriously affecting the life. Therefore,there is important clinical value and social benefits to find out a practical and effective method of treatment. This article discusses the pathogenesis of this disease as evidence to establish principle. Results: The pathogenesis of this disease is based on the onset of kidney fundamental,internal organs based on kidney deficiency and five visceral dysfunction. If the disease has longer course,it is easy to occur Yin deficiency affecting Yang,at last,to Yin- Yang deficiency syndrome. If it was suffered emotional stimulation,affecting the function of kidney and brain,finally to be disease. Moxibustion therapy can treat disease by Kidney- supplementing and Yang-Warming method to adjust the balance of Yin and Yang,especially to adjust the faction of the liver,heart and spleen. Conclusion:Moxibustion therapy is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine. It is easy to operate,even on own at home. It has many advantages,like cheaply,no pain,no side effects,multiple targets,the patients accept easily. It has broad research and application prospects in the future.
