如意金黄散外敷结合护理干预治疗静脉炎的疗效观察

Effect Observation of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder Combined with Nursing Intervention Treating Phlebitis

目的:观察如意金黄散外敷结合护理干预治疗静脉炎的疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将本院2014年10月10日—2015年1月10日收治的80例静脉炎患者分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。观察组采用如意金黄散外敷结合护理干预进行治疗,对照组采用50%硫酸镁溶液外敷结合护理干预进行治疗,治疗2周后对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗2周后,观察组治疗总有效率为90.0%,对照组治疗总有效率为72.5%,两组比较差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治愈时间方面,与对照组比较,观察组治愈平均时间明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:如意金黄散外敷结合护理干预治疗静脉炎具有消炎、止痛、活血的作用,临床疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the eherapeutic effect for Ruyi Jinhuang Powder combined with nursing intervention to treat phlebitis. Methods： By using random number table method,80 patients with phlebitis in our hospital during 2014. 10. 10- 2015.1. 10 were divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Observation group was treated with Ruyi Jinhuang Powder for external use combined with nursing intervention. The control group used 50% magnesium sulfate solution for external treatment combined with nursing intervention. 2 weeks after treatment,the clinical curative effect of two groups was compared. Results： 2 weeks after treatment,the observation group＇ s total effective rate was 90. 0% and the control group＇ s was72. 5%. Two groups had significant difference（ P〈0.05）. In terms of cure time,compared with control group,observation group＇s was significantly shortened and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ruyi Jinhuang Powder external treatment combined with nursing interventionhas anti- inflammatory,analgesic,invigorating the circulation functions in the treatment of phlebitis and the clinical curative effect is remarkable.
