激光热源止血刀闭合血管的可行性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的研发一种具有克服生物组织对激光选择性吸收的激光热源止血刀,通过血管封合在体实验,探讨其闭合猪动脉血管的可行性。方法设计一个激光热源刀头,采用石墨作为激光吸收介质用于激光止血刀刀头,该吸收介质将1470nm激光能量转化为热能。用该刀头闭合小型猪不同部位不同直径的离体动脉血管,闭合后测量血管的爆破压力作为血管闭合强度的指标。术后,将未进行爆破压实验的血管制成切片,观察闭合处血管的对合情况。结果激光热源止血刀成功闭合了4mm以下的猪离体血管,小血管(1~2mm)、中血管(3~4mm)、大血管(5~6mm)的平均爆破压分别为(238.83±26.68)mmHg、(358.83±29.39)mmHg、(60.40±0.17)mmHg。显微镜下观察闭合血管的切片,闭合处血管对合好。结论激光热源止血刀封合小血管和中血管有较高的闭合强度和可靠性。 Objective In order to overcome the selective absorption of tissues to laser,we developed a laser heat source scalpel, and then used it to occlude porcine arteries to investigate its reliability. Methods We designed a laser heat head which use graphite as the absorbing materials to convert 1470 nm laser energy into thermal energy. Then we used this scalpel to occlude different sizes of arteries which are harvested from different parts of a porcine. After occlusion, we measured the burst pressure of each occluded vessel as the index of occluded strength. Finally, we cut the occluded vessel samples which had not burst into pathological slices to examine whether they were closed. Results All vessels whose diameters were under 4 mm were successfully occluded. The burst pressures for small ( 1-2 mm) , medium ( 3-4 mm) , and large ( 5- 6 mm) vessel diameters were (238.83±26.68) mmHg, (358.83±29.39) mmHg,and (60.40±0. 17) mmHg,respectively. The vessel walls clung to each other and there was no gap between them as observed under optical microscope. ConclusionsUse laser heat source scalpel to occlude small and medium diameters vessels have high occlude strength and reliability.
