摘要
超声成像因其具有实时、无创、低成本、无辐射、电磁兼容性好等优点,已普遍用于临床影像引导的介入治疗。但超声图像存在对许多病灶难以分辨的问题,很难准确显示肿瘤的空间位置和形状信息,因此将术前CT/MRI图像与术中实时超声图像进行配准,通过多模态影像相互补偿,以获得更可靠的治疗信息,而如何实时并准确地对超声和CT/MRI图像进行配准成为介入治疗中的关键问题。本文就超声引导介入治疗术中配准技术的研究进展进行综述。
Ultrasound imaging is widely used in image-guided interventional therapy, as it is real-time, noninvasive,low cost and can detect soft tissue deformation in depth. However,identification of lesion is difficult in US imaging. Therefore, a combination of intraoperative US imaging and preoperative CT/MRI is used to overcome the limitation of the two modalities. It is challenging to use an accurate and real-time registration algorithm to align muhimodal images during the interventional procedure. This paper reviews the intraoperative ultrasound registration approaches to image-guided interventional therapy.
