摘要 一氧化氮吸入治疗作为一种新兴的医疗技术,其科学研究与临床应用依赖于一氧化氮治疗仪的发展。本文简述了一氧化氮治疗仪的研究进展。首先详细说明了一氧化氮治疗仪的类型,将其分为呼吸机联用式、呼吸机一体式及独立便携式三大类,然后分别简单介绍了三者各自的优缺点,并以临床上应用最广泛的联用式一氧化氮治疗仪为例,分析了其原理与结构,着重介绍其监测系统与净化系统。另外对目前市场上比较典型的一氧化氮治疗仪的关键技术参数进行了比较,最后探讨了一氧化氮治疗仪的当前问题及发展趋势。 The research and clinical application of inhaled nitric oxide therapy as an emerging medical technology depend on the development of inhaled nitric oxide system. The research progress and clinical application of inhaled nitric oxide system are presented in this paper. Inhaled nitric oxide system can be divided into three types:separate, integrative and portable system according to the configuration of its delivery system, and then their principles and characteristics are introduced. This paper mainly analyzes the principle and structure of separate inhaled NO system,giving a description of its monitoring system and purification system in particular. In addition,this paper makes a presentation and comparison of three typical inhaled NO systems in terms of their key technical specifications. Finally, the existing issues and development trend of inhaled nitric oxide system is briefly discussed in this paper as well.
