摘要
文章详细介绍了我国高等学校所采用的"以教师为主体""以学生为主体""以教师学生为双重主体"的三类主要教学模式,指出高等学校的就业指导课程应当遵从新课改强调的"自主、合作、探究"的教学方式,提倡以人为本的多元化教学模式,以构建开放、互动、实践性强的就业指导课程。
This paper introduces in details the three main teaching modes including ‘the studentoriented', ‘the teacher-oriented' and ‘dual subjects of teachers and students' that adopted in higher education in our country. The paper points out that it should comply with the teaching methodology of ‘autonomy, cooperation, exploration' which emphasized by the new curricular reform, advocating people-oriented multiple teaching modes so as to construct an open, interactive and practice-oriented college career guidance curriculum.
