摘要
目的探讨血浆脂联素(adiponectin,ADP)、白细胞介素-6(interleurin-6,IL-6)水平变化与飞行员冠状动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)的关系。方法将研究对象分为飞行员组473例(A组)、普通人群组200例(B组)、冠心病组54例(C组),A组按年龄及飞行时间段进行再分组,比较各组血浆ADP、IL-6水平差异。结果 C组ADP水平低于A组,A组低于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组IL-6水平高于A组,A组高于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄段及飞行时间段的飞行员血浆ADP、IL-6水平在各组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示:年龄、飞行时间与ADP、IL-6水平无关(P>0.05)。结论 A组与B组比较,血浆ADP水平降低,IL-6水平升高,提示飞行员较普通人群发生冠状动脉粥样硬化风险大,对于飞行员冠心病的预防具有重要意义。飞行员的年龄及飞行时间与血浆ADP、IL-6水平无关。
Objective To investigate the correlation between the plasma ADP(adiponectin), IL-6(interleukin-6) level changes and atherosclerosis of coronary artery in pilots. Methods Research subjects were divided into flying group which had 473 cases(group A), general group which had 200 cases(group B) and coronary heart disease group which had 54 cases(group C). Pilots were grouped by ages and f light time in group A. Differences of plasma ADP, IL-6 among groups were compared. Results The ADP level of group C was lower than that of group A; group A was lower than group B. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The IL-6 level of group C was higher than that of group A, group A was higher than that of group B. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The level of ADP, IL-6 in different ages and f light times had no significant difference(P〉0.05); Pearson correlation analysis showed that age and f light time had no relationship to the ADP, IL-6 levels(P〉0.05). Conclusion Compared group A with group B, the change of ADP, IL-6 level indicated that the pilots had higher risk of coronary heart disease than ordinary people. The ADP and IL-6 had significance meaning in preventing the coronary heart diseases for the pilots. The age of the pilots and f light time had no relationship to the plasma level of ADP, IL-6.
