方法采用医学应对问卷(medical coping modes questionnaire,MCMQ)、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)和欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织肺癌患者生存质量量表(european organization for research and treatment of cancer, quality life quesitionnaire C30,EORTC QLQ-C30)对90例膀胱癌患者(患者组)和配对选取同一时期90名健康体检者(对照组)进行调查。
Objective To survey the quality of life status of patients with bladder cancers and explore the coping strategies to enhance their quality of life. Methods We adopted medical coping modes questionnaire(MCMQ), self-rating anxiety scale(SAS), self-rating depression scale(SDS)and european organization for research and t reat ment of cancer, qualit y life quesition naire C30(EORTC QLQ-C30)to investigate 90 patients with bladder cancer as patients group and 90 healthy persons as the control group. Results The scores of EORTC QLQ-C30(except dyspnea and diarrhea)and SAS, SDS of the patients were lower than those of healthy persons. The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). The score of SAS and SDS had a negative connection with confrontation and avoiding scale(P〈0.05), and had a positive connection with yielding scale(P〈0.05); the body, emotion, social function, whole healthy status had a positive connection with the confrontation scale(P〈0.05), and had a negative connection with the yielding scale(P〈0.05). Fatigue, pain, sleep disorder, loss of appetite had a positive connection with yielding scale(P〈0.05). Conclusion Patients with bladder cancer generally have been anxiety and depression and poor quality of life. Reasonable coping strategies should be adopted to improve their patients' quality of life during the treatment should be adopted.
