胰激肽原酶联合甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效观察 被引量:12

摘要 目的观察胰激肽原酶注射粉针联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)的临床疗效。方法临床确诊糖尿病周围神经病变的患者80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,均给予降糖、调脂等常规治疗,对照组应用甲钴胺注射液,治疗组在对照组基础上加用胰激肽原酶注射粉针,共治疗4周,评价治疗前后临床症状评分及肌电图指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率达85%,明显高于对照组(70%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组神经病变症状评分的改善及各受检神经的运动神经传导速度改善均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗过程中对照组有1例发生胃肠不适,其他无明显不良反应出现,无肝肾功能损害。结论胰激肽原酶注射粉针联合甲钴胺注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变安全有效,疗效优于单用甲钴胺治疗。 Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combining pancreatic kininogenase powder-injection with mecobalamin injection to treat diabetic peripheral neuropathological progress. Methods 80 patients clinically diagnosed diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. Both groups were only given hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering and other conventional treatments. The control group was given mecobalamin injection, and the treatment group was given mecobalamin injection combined with pancreatic kininogenase powder-injection. They were both treated for 4 weeks. The changes of patients' clinical symptom scores and EMG indexes were evaluated before and after the treatment. Results The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 85%, which was significantly higher than the control group(70%, P〈0.05). Neuropathy symptom score and the motor nerve conduction velocity of each subject's nerve were more significantly improved in the treatment group than the control group(P〈0.05). During the treatment process, and there was 1 case of gastrointestinal discomfort in control group, and there was no significant adverse reaction in other cases, or no liver and kidney dysfunction. Conclusion Pancreatic kininogenase powder-injection joint with mecobalamine injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy is safe and more effective than the mecobalamin injection alone.
