Hazard and control measures of Juncao Ganoderma lucidum extract

运用HACCP原理对菌草灵芝提取物的各生产环节的生物性污染(微生物、虫害等)和重金属危害及关键控制点进行分析,结果表明:微生物和重金属影响菌草灵芝提取物的质量安全,其中重金属是影响菌草灵芝提取物质量安全的关键因素;菌草灵芝提取物的微生物和重金属危害的关键控制点为原料、提取、喷雾干燥、计量包装.并根据分析结果制定了菌草灵芝提取物生产过程中的各关键控制点的控制措施,以确保产品的质量安全.

HACCP principles were applied to analyze the biological pollution（ microorganisms,insects）,hazard of heavy metals and critical control points（ CCP） in the process of Juncao Ganoderma lucidum extract. The result showed that the quality safety of Juncao G. lucidum extract was affected by microorganisms and heavy metals,heavy metal was a key affecting factor. The key control point for the hazard of microorganism and heavy metal in Juncao G. lucidum extract included raw material,extracting procedure,spray drying and packaging. Based on the analytical results,the control measures were formulated to ensure the quality safety of Juncao G. lucidum extract.
