摘要
目的对萝藦科植物耳叶牛皮消(Cynanchum auriculatum Royle ex Wight)的化学成分进行分离和结构鉴定。方法溶剂提取后采用高效离心分配色谱,大孔吸附树脂柱层析,硅胶柱层析,半制备型HPLC分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱技术鉴定结构。结果从耳叶牛皮消中分离了1个化合物,鉴定为告达庭3-O-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-夹竹桃吡喃糖基-(1→4)-β-D-磁麻吡喃糖苷。结论该化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To isolate and determine the chemical constituents of Cynanchum auriculatum. Method A compound was firstly extracted by methanol, isolated by HPCPC, column chromatography, and HPLC, and then identified by UV, MS, NMR data. Findings One compound was obtained and elucidated as caudatin 3-0-/3-D- oleandropyranosyl -( 1-,4)-/3- D-oleandropyranosyl -( 1 ~ 4)-/3-D-cymaropyranoslde. Conclusion The compound was isolated from Cynanchum auriculatumfor the first time.
